For obtaining Permissions for Conference Visa process from Ministry in India, we need to have the following information from all International delegates and faculty:

• Name (as per passport)
• Nationality
• Date of Birth
• Country of birth
• Passport Number
• Expiry Date of Passport
• Passport issuing authority / place of issue.
• Credentials/ Professional Details (Organisation name with Designation and address)
• Address – As per passport / communication

The conference organizer will apply for ministry approvals after collecting the above information during the online registration.

Documents required for applying for an E Conference VISA:

Letter of Invitation from the Conference Organizer (this will be provided by the conference organizers to the participants via email)
Ministry of Home Affairs Permission Download
Ministry of External Affairs Permission Download

The Ministry of External Affairs approval letter will be updated on the conference website under VISA tab and will be forwarded to the Indian Embassy / Missionsat each location.

Note: Kindly apply for the E Conference visa only when all the above documents are available. Ministry permissions are ideally received 1 month prior to the conference dates.
